D&D Security Payments: At D&D Security, we prioritize transparency and trust in our financial transactions. A standard practice involves a 50% upfront deposit for most projects, although we are open to negotiation based on specific circumstances. Once the deposit is settled, the remaining balance must be paid on the same day the installation is successfully completed.

In the event that a customer decides to alter their decision or no longer wishes to proceed with the job after the deposit has been made, a 50% deduction will be applied to cover administrative and preparation costs, and the remaining amount will be promptly refunded.

Warranty: D&D Security is committed to the durability and functionality of our installations. We proudly offer a 1-year warranty on our installation services. It's important to note that this warranty may be voided if any physical damage is incurred post-installation.

Furthermore, our products typically come with a manufacturer's warranty ranging from 2 to 3 years. This warranty, however, will be nullified if there is any evidence of physical damage.
